Adjectives
Adjectives are words that describe or tell us something about the noun
An adjective usually comes before a noun:
e.g. The shiny spaceship landed in the field.
Shiny is the adjective which describes the spaceship (the noun)
Sometimes an adjective comes after the noun:
e.g. The clown in the circus was funny
Funny is the adjective which describes the clown (the noun)
